A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION, Urging Congress to pass a balanced, well-funded, multi-year federal highway program which provides connectivity and mobility to both rural and urban areas.
1. An Act to clarify, repeal, update, and make form and style revisions to certain statutes related to the Department of Transportation.
2. An Act to clarify, repeal, update, and make form and style revisions to certain statutes related to the Aeronautics Commission.
3. An Act to increase certain registration fees and taxes for the use of highways.
4. An Act to increase license fees for certain noncommercial motor homes and trailers.
5. An Act to require mopeds used on public highways to be titled and licensed as a motorcycle and to increase license fees for motorcycles.
7. An Act to increase application fees for certain signs, displays, and devices located along state highways.
6. An Act to repeal certain diversions of motor fuel tax revenues for motor boat and snowmobile purposes.
