2008 Fiscal Notes

SB 10 (A) include Dakota and Nakota with certain requirements for instruction in the Lakota language. 
HB 1102 (a) provide for a statewide visitation enforcement program and to provide for its funding by making an appropriation therefor. 
HB 1233 (a) bring transparency to state spending by requiring the Bureau of Finance and Management to create a website making certain state government information available to the public. 
SB 201 (a) revise certain eligibility requirements for the South Dakota opportunity scholarship. 
SB 59 (a) revise certain provisions regarding the South Dakota opportunity scholarship program. 
HJR 1004 (HJRa) To propose a constitutional amendment to provide for a maximum of forty legislative days each year.
