On page 1, line 9, of the House Education Committee engrossed bill, delete everything after "."
And insert "A recalculation shall take place in fiscal year 2020 and every two years thereafter, and
the recalculated rates take effect in the year following a recalculation.".
On page 1, delete line 10.
