AMENDMENT FOR HOUSE STATE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE ENGROSSED BILL

On page 2, delete line 11 of the House State Affairs Committee engrossed bill, and insert "allow
the Act of the Legislature to become law" and "Vote 'No' to reject the Act of the Legislature".".
On page 2, line 12, delete "law".".
On page 4, after line 8, insert:
" Section 5. That the code be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:
The provisions of this Act apply to any recitation prepared for an initiated amendment to the
Constitution, initiated measure, and referred law certified to appear on a ballot beginning with any
election in 2018.".
