     On page 1, line 12 of the printed bill, after " offense. " insert " The penalty provided in this section does not apply to the failure to use a booster seat if the child is secured in a safety seat belt. ".

     On page 2 , line 9, after " offense. " insert " The penalty provided in this section does not apply to the failure to use a booster seat if the child is secured in a safety seat belt system as provided in this section. ".
