     On page 4 , remove the overstrikes from line 15 .

     On page 4 , remove the overstrikes from line 16 .

     On page 5 , remove the overstrikes from line 13 .

     On page 5 , remove the overstrikes from line 14 .

     On page 6 , remove the overstrikes from line 8 .
