_________________ moved that HB 1086 be amended as follows:

     On page 1 , after line 17 of the printed bill , insert:

"      Section 3. That § 55-12-6 be amended to read as follows:

     55-12-6.   The initial perpetual care fund established for any cemetery shall remain in an irrevocable trust fund until such time as . Notwithstanding §  55-12-8, when this fund has reached reaches fifty thousand dollars, when it may be withdrawn at the rate of one thousand dollars from the original twenty-five thousand dollars for each additional three thousand dollars added to the fund, until all of the twenty-five thousand dollars has been withdrawn amounts in excess of that amount may be expended, upon application to the circuit court, for the care and maintenance of the cemetery or to purchase real property, equipment, and supplies used for the expansion, care, or maintenance of the cemetery . "
