___________________ moved that HB 1130 be amended as follows:

     On page 1 of the printed bill, delete lines 5 to 9 , inclusive, and insert:

"

             (1)    "Athletic injury," an injury that occurs as a result of a person's participation in or training for athletic competition sponsored by any professional, educational, or amateur athletic organization that sponsors athletic events or programs;".

     On page 2 , line 9, delete " or of " .

     On page 2 , delete line 10 .

     On page 2 , line 11, delete " the licensed athletic trainer " .

     On page 4 , remove the overstrikes from line 24 .

     On page 5 , delete line 1 , and insert:

"rendered ; or . However, nothing in this subdivision prohibits compensation from organizations sponsoring athletic events for athletic training services provided to athletes participating in the event; ".

     On page 5 , line 2, remove the overstrikes from " (8) " .

     On page 5 , line 3, remove the overstrikes from " (9) " and delete " (8) ".

     On page 5 , line 5, remove the overstrikes from " (10) " and delete " (9) ".

     On page 5 , line 8, remove the overstrikes from " (11) " and delete " (10) ".
