On page 2, line 22, of the printed bill, delete everything before "postsecondary" and insert
"Any".
On page 3, line 2 of the printed bill, delete "legal entity" and insert "LEA".
On page 3, line 8, delete everything after "Section 7." .
On page 3, delete line 9.
On page 3, line 10, delete everything before "." and insert "Any money in the postsecondary
technical institute equipment fund is continuously appropriated for distribution as provided in this
section. The secretary of education shall grant the money to the postsecondary technical institutes
to purchase equipment".
On page 3, delete lines 14 to 17, inclusive.
On page 3, line 18, delete "million dollars" and insert "dollar".
On page 3, line 19, delete "$1,000,000" and insert "$1".
On page 3, line 22, delete "million five" and insert "dollar".
On page 3, line 23, delete everything before "or" and insert "($1),".
