On page 1, line 1, of the printed bill, delete everything after "Act to" and insert "provide for the
placement of a proposed constitutional amendment on the ballot at a special election held at the same
time as the next primary election, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.".
On page 1, delete lines 2 and 3.
