___________________ moved that HB 1192 be amended as follows:
On page 1, line 4, of the House Appropriations Committee engrossed bill, delete "one dollar
($1)" and insert "five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000)".
On page 1, between lines 12 and 13, insert:
" Section 3. The funds appropriated in section 1 of this Act shall be for the purpose of program
operations and may not be added to an endowment.".
