___________________ moved that HB 1231 be amended as follows:

     On page 2 , between lines 4 and 5, insert:

"     
     Section 3. That chapter 11-4 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

     Any conditional use request approved pursuant to section 1 of this Act is a legislative decision and may be referred to a vote of the qualified voters of the county pursuant to pursuant to §§ 9- 20-6 to 9-20-15, inclusive.".

     On page 2, after line 19 of the printed bill, insert:

"
     Section 6. That chapter 11-2 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

     Any conditional use request approved pursuant to section 3 of this Act is a legislative decision and may be referred to a vote of the qualified voters of the county pursuant to pursuant to §§ 7-18A-15 to 7-18A-24, inclusive.".
