     On page 1, line 10 of the printed bill, delete " 2003 " and insert "2004".

     On page 1 , line 11, after " oil. " insert "The requirements of this section apply only if the price of such blended diesel fuel is no more than three cents per gallon higher than the price of unblended diesel fuel that is sold an exempt, dyed special fuel.".
