     On page 1, line 3 of the House Appropriations Committee engrossed bill, delete " thirty-five thousand " and insert "fourteen thousand five hundred dollars ($14,500)".

     On page 1 , line 4, delete " dollars ($35,000) " .

     On page 1 , delete lines 7 to 9 , inclusive.

     On page 1 , line 11, delete " the South Dakota fishing and hunting " and insert "free public access is obtained".

     On page 1 , line 12, delete "licenses are honored".

     On page 1 , line 13, delete " and that free public access is obtained " .
