On page 1, line 1, of the House State Affairs Committee engrossed bill, delete everything after
"Act to" and insert "authorize the construction of the precision agriculture building and certain
renovations at South Dakota State University, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an
emergency.".
On page 1, delete lines 2 and 3.
