On page 1, line 14, of the Senate State Affairs Committee engrossed bill, delete "lose its" and
insert "no longer be classified as".
On page 2, line 21, after "." insert "The candidate's nominating petition shall be accompanied
by a sworn affidavit signed by the candidate indicating the signature-collection method the candidate
used when collecting signatures on the petition. The form of the affidavit may be prescribed by the
State Board of Elections.".
On page 3, line 10, before "If" insert "The candidate's nominating petition shall be accompanied
