___________________ moved that HB 1311 be amended as follows:
In section 1, subdivision (6), delete "(a) Mail service pharmacy;".
In section 1, subdivision (7), delete "Pharmacy benefit manager does not include a health carrier
licensed pursuant to Title 58 when the health carrier or its subsidiary is providing pharmacy benefit
management to its own insureds;" and insert "Pharmacy benefit manager does not include a health
carrier licensed pursuant to Title 58 when the health carrier uses another entity subject to this Act
to provide pharmacy benefit management to its own insureds;".
In section 4, delete "entity, the amount of all rebate revenues and the nature, type, and amounts
of all other revenues that the pharmacy benefit manager receives from each pharmaceutical
manufacturer or labeler" and insert "entity the amount of all rebate revenues and the nature and type
of all other revenues that the pharmacy benefit manager receives from pharmaceutical manufacturers
or labelers".
In section 4, subdivision (1), delete "and for a list of drugs to be specified in the contract, the
specific amount,".
In section 4, subdivision (2), delete "nature, type, and amount" and insert "nature and type".
In section 4, subdivision (3), delete "covered individuals" insert "the dispensing of prescription
drugs to covered individuals of the health benefits plan issued by the covered entity".
In section 6, the first sentence, delete "confidential and proprietary" and insert "confidential,
privileged, and proprietary".
