On page 4, overstrike line 17.
On page 4, line 18, overstrike everything before "shall" and insert "Beginning in fiscal year
2017, money from the workforce education fund".
On page 4, line 19, overstrike "An amount not to exceed one" and insert "Two".
On page 4, line 21, after "programs" insert "of which two hundred fifty thousand dollars may
be distributed to private, non-profit entities that provide specialized career and technical services and
education".
