     On page 1 , line 13 of the printed bill , after " No " insert " resident buck " .

     On page 1 , line 14 , after " year. " insert " The Game, Fish and Parks Commission may by rule establish a number of buck licenses for which nonresidents may apply by July 31 of each year. " .

     On page 2 , after line 2 , insert:

"      Section 3. The effective date of this Act is January 1, 2001. "
