     On page 3 of the Senate Local Government Committee engrossed bill, delete lines 3 to 5 , inclusive, and insert:

" so dying shall be an honorably If the decedent was a military veteran discharged United States soldier, sailor, marine, or aviator under conditions other than dishonorable , the funeral shall be conducted and expenses paid as provided in chapter 33-19.".
