On page 3, after line 21 of the printed bill, insert:
" Section 4. That chapter 36-12 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as
follows:
The Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to
set the application fee and establish continuing education, reciprocity, discipline standards, and
liability insurance requirements for persons performing equine teeth floating services. The
application fee may not exceed twenty-five dollars.".
