     On page 2, line 24 of the Senate State Affairs Committee engrossed bill, delete " action for implementing any " and insert " and integral component of a comprehensive zoning ".

     On page 3 , line 1, delete " comprehensive plan, and an " .

     On page 3 , line 14, after " occur " insert "without a conditional use permit".

     On page 4 , after line 6, insert:

     Section 4. That chapter 11-2 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

     The agricultural zoning ordinance may also require a conditional use permit for certain types of activities.".
