AMENDMENT FOR PRINTED BILL

On page 1, line 5, of the printed bill, delete everything after "court" and insert "for parenting
time shall have attached a copy of § 25-4A-5.".
On page 1, delete lines 6 and 7.
On page 1, line 9, delete everything after "parent" and insert "believes that the custodial parent
has violated § 25-4A-5, the noncustodial parent".
On page 1, delete line 10.
On page 1, line 11, delete everything before "may" .
On page 2, line 5, after "include" insert "The court may enter an order clarifying the rights and
responsibilities of the parents and the court's order.".
On page 2, line 19, delete "Modify" and insert "In the event of an aggravated violation or
multiple violations, the court may modify".
