On the printed bill, delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

" Section 1. That chapter 32-5 be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:

An emblem shall be affixed to an emblem specialty plate before the plate is displayed on a vehicle.

A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor."
