On page 1, line 8, overstrike "inspection and certification" and insert "license"
On page 1, line 9, delete "three hundred fifteen" and insert "two hundred".
On page 1, line 13, delete everything after "seventy-five" and insert "forty-two dollars and fifty
cents plus ten five dollars for".
On page 2, line 2, delete "one hundred fifteen" and insert "seventy".
On page 2, line 4, delete "one hundred eighty" and insert "one hundred fifteen".
On page 2, line 7, delete "three hundred fifteen" and insert "two hundred".
On page 2, delete lines 8 to 15, inclusive, and insert:
" Section 2. The department may issue a certificate of inspection to any nurseryman or dealer
whose nursery stock has been officially inspected and found to be viable and free from pests. The
inspection fee shall be two hundred and fifteen dollars per inspection.".
