___________________ moved that SB 176 be amended as follows:

     On the printed bill, delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

"      Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the South Dakota-bred racing fund the sum of three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to the state fair fund.

     Section 2. There is hereby appropriated from the special racing revolving fund the sum of three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to the state fair fund.

     Section 3. There is hereby appropriated from the South Dakota-bred racing fund the sum of one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to the Department of Social Services to provide grants to qualifying contractors according to the provisions of §  25-10-26 to §  25-10-33, inclusive.

     Section 4. There is hereby appropriated from the special racing revolving fund the sum of one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to the Department of Social Services to provide grants to qualifying contractors according to the provisions of §  25-10-26 to §  25-10-33, inclusive."
