    On page 5, line 11, of the House Appropriations Committee engrossed bill, delete "two dollars ($2)" and insert "one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000)".

    On page 5, line 16, after "." insert "Any contributions into the education enhancement trust fund not designated for any other purpose shall be allocated to the need-based grant fund.".

    On page 6, line 15, after "fund" insert "created pursuant to section 11 of this Act".
