     On page 1, line 10, of the printed bill, after " child " insert " provided that application for the subsequent coverage is made within sixty-three days of the termination of the prior coverage ".

     On page 2 , line 6, after " child " insert " provided that application for the subsequent coverage is made within sixty-three days of the termination of the prior coverage ".
