     On page 2 , line 10, after " Board " insert ", a private nonprofit entity doing business as the Certification Board for Alcohol and Drug Professionals".

     On page 3 , line 19, after " Board " insert "the entity doing business as the Certification Board for Alcohol and Drug Professionals".

     On page 4 , line 6, delete everything after " Act " .

     On page 4 , line 7, delete everything before " ; " .

     On page 8 , line 2, after " dependency " insert "or prevention".

     On page 8 , line 4, after " counselor " insert "or certified prevention specialist".

     On page 10 , line 2, after " Board " insert "doing business as the Certification Board for Alcohol and Drug Professionals".
