___________________ moved that SB 54 be amended as follows:

     On page 6, line 13 of the House Health and Human Services Committee engrossed bill, delete " Any " and insert " Except in the case of a mother who was younger than the age of sixteen at the time her child was conceived, any ".

     On page 6 , line 16, after " . " insert " In the case of a mother who was younger than the age of sixteen at the time the child was conceived, the privilege of confidentiality set forth in §  19-13-7 may not be claimed in any judicial proceeding involving §  22-22-1 or 22-22-30.1. ".
