AMENDMENT FOR SENATE ENGROSSED BILL

___________________ moved that SB 5 be amended as follows:
On page 4, line 11, of the Senate engrossed bill, delete everything after "(10)" and insert "One
member of the State Board of Education who shall serve for one year and be appointed by the
secretary of the Department of Education;
(11) One local school board member who shall serve for one year and be appointed by the
secretary of the Department of Education;
(12) One superintendent who shall serve for one year and be appointed by the secretary of the
Department of Education;".
On page 4, delete line 12.
On page 4, line 13, delete "(11)" and insert "(13)".
On page 4, line 16, delete "(12)" and insert "(14)".
