On page 1, line 5, of the printed bill, delete everything after "permit" and insert "after July 1,
2019, under § 49-41B-25, the facility shall be".
On page 1, delete lines 6 and 7, and insert "equipped with approved light-mitigating technology
systems that are installed and operated in conformity with Federal Aviation Administration
regulations.".
On page 1, line 8, delete everything before "Any" .
