___________________ moved that SB 95 be amended as follows:

     On page 2, line 1 of the Senate Judiciary Committee engrossed bill, delete " Not withstanding " and insert " Notwithstanding ".

     On page 2 , line 3, after " refused " insert " if the adjudication or disposition was for a crime which, if committed by an adult, would constitute a crime punishable by no less than a Class 3 felony ".
