     On page 499 of the House Journal, delete lines 4 and 5 , and insert "Commission to reconsider the provisions within its local number portability order that may impose undue transport obligations on rural landline companies and that do not fairly recognize the differences that exist between the local calling areas of rural landline companies and wireless companies; and".
