    On the printed resolution, delete everything after the first WHEREAS clause and insert:

    WHEREAS, South Dakotans greatly appreciate the sacrifice, dedication, and service of all our past and present Congressmen and Congresswomen who have done so much for the State of South Dakota:

    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,  by the House of Representatives of the Eighty-ninth Legislature of the State of South Dakota, the Senate concurring therein, that these honorable past and present Congressmen and Congresswomen are commended, honored, and thanked for their service to our state and our great nation."
