REPORT OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE

MR. SPEAKER:

The Conference Committee respectfully reports that it has considered SB 117 and the amendments thereto made by the House, and the disagreement of the two houses thereon, and recommends that SB 117 be amended as follows:

     On page 1, line 11, of the House Appropriations Committee engrossed bill, after "111-5." insert "The report shall be posted on the South Dakota government information website, OPEN SD.".
