Sponsors: Senators Novstrup, Greenfield (Brock), Jensen (Phil), Rusch, and Stalzer and Representatives Kaiser, Dennert, Haggar, Heinemann, and Rounds
Purpose: revise the length of the maximum probationary period for juvenile probationers and to revise the conditions of a juvenile commitment to the Department of Corrections.
