        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to revise certain provisions regarding the requirement for performance securities.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That § 5-21-1.1 be amended to read as follows:
    5-21-1.1. The requirement of a performance security may be waived by a public corporations when corporation if the bid submitted does not exceed twenty-five thousand dollars the limit established pursuant to § 5-18A-14 for a public improvement.
