        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to repeal a provision that prohibits hunting mourning doves on public roads and highways.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That ยง 41-8-32.1 be repealed.
    41-8-32.1. No person may hunt mourning doves on or within fifty yards of any public road or highway. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
