FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to prohibit the sale of fireworks to certain persons and to create a penalty therefor.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That chapter 34-37 be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:
No person may sell fireworks to any person under the age of eighteen years old. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
