        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to provide for the referral of a school board's decision to change the number of school days in a school week.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That chapter 13-26 be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:
    A decision by a school board to change the number of school days in a school week as provided in § 13-26-1 may be referred to a vote of the qualified voters of the school district upon a resolution of the school board.
