        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to provide an exception for alcohol manufacturer and wholesaler licensees to participate in certain charitable retail events.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That chapter 35-2 be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:
    Notwithstanding the provisions of § 35-2-6.4, a manufacturer or wholesaler licensee may pour or serve alcoholic beverages at any event conducted by a charitable organization licensed pursuant to § 35-4-124.
