        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to require posting of certain notice on certain public restrooms.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That the code be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:
    The person in charge of maintaining a public restroom designed or designated for use as a multi-person or unisex restroom shall post a sign on the door to give notice to a user of the restroom that a person of the opposite sex may be in the restroom the user is about to enter.
