    Board of Economic Development
     Steve Emery, Hughes County, Pierre, South Dakota, to the position of
    Secretary of the Department of Tribal Affairs
     Kimberley Malsam-Rysdon, Hughes County, Pierre, to the position of
    Secretary of the Department of Health
Governor Reappointment:
     James Hagen, Hughes County, Pierre, South Dakota, to the position of
    Secretary of the Department of Tourism
    
HB 1176     authorize a person to be on the general election ballot for president or vice president and another office.
