SB 85require the Legislature to use the rules of procedure as adopted by the preceding session of the Legislature. 
SB 91authorize the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide for the design, construction, and equipping of a state veterans cemetery in Sioux Falls, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency. 
SB 92provide a felony penalty for the intentional injury or disfigurement by certain corrosive materials. 
SB 93revise certain provisions regarding the intentional exposure of others to certain diseases. 
SB 103prohibit aliens who are not lawfully present in the United States from attending any public postsecondary educational institution or from receiving certain educational financial assistance.
