20:06:13:27.  Buyer's guide. Issuers of accident and sickness policies or certificates which provide hospital or medical expense coverage on an expense-incurred or indemnity basis to persons eligible for Medicare shall provide to applicants a copy of the most recent guide as approved by the director in a type size no smaller than 12-point type.
