20:06:13:37.  Delivery of outline of coverage. Issuers issuing Medicare supplement policies for delivery in this state shall provide the outline of coverage at the time the application is taken. Except for direct response policies, the issuer shall obtain a written acknowledgment of receipt from the applicant. The issuer shall retain written acknowledgments of receipt for at least four years.
