Text Search

The Filter option allows you to narrow your search results to a specific Title, Article, or Chapter . Here is a tip for using the filter option.
  • Use a colon (:) as the last character of your filter to refine searches. For example the filter "10:01" returns the article, chapters, and sections in 10:01.

Quick Find

Enter a Rule Number and click Get Rule to load the Rule. You can enter any Article, Chapter, or Section number. Examples(01:15, 01:15:01, 01:15:01:01, etc.). Use the Get All button to load and entire article or chapter.

          24:05:17:01.  State-wide coordination of child find and data collection activities. The Office of Educational Services and Supports, through its special education programs, is the state agency responsible for coordinating the planning and implementation of state-wide child find and data collection activities. Child identification procedures are a required component in each school district's comprehensive plan for special education. The district shall provide information in the form required by the office's special education programs


          This process combined with the state's federal child count procedures serve as the basis for developing the child identification system for the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Part B. These procedures are extended to agencies other than school districts through the use of interagency agreements.
