The Filter option allows you to narrow your search results to a specific Title, Article, or Chapter . Here is a tip for using the filter option.
  • Use a colon (:) as the last character of your filter to refine searches. For example the filter "10:01" returns the article, chapters, and sections in 10:01.

Quick Find



Enter a Rule Number and click Get Rule to load the Rule. You can enter any Article, Chapter, or Section number. Examples(01:15, 01:15:01, 01:15:01:01, etc.). Use the Get All button to load and entire article or chapter.

          24:05:25:04.01.  Braille assessment factors. The following age-appropriate factors must be considered when conducting a reading and writing assessment of the student to determine whether or not Braille instruction must begin or continue:

 

          (1)  Reading readiness;

          (2)  Functional reading skills including reading level, print size, reading rate, comprehension, and stamina;

          (3)  Functional writing skills;

          (4)  Prognosis of eye condition for change in visual status;

          (5)  Functional communication skills and primary language of communication;

          (6)  Functional visual abilities; and

          (7)  Tactile discrimination.
