The Filter option allows you to narrow your search results to a specific Title, Article, or Chapter . Here is a tip for using the filter option.
  • Use a colon (:) as the last character of your filter to refine searches. For example the filter "10:01" returns the article, chapters, and sections in 10:01.

Quick Find

Enter a Rule Number and click Get Rule to load the Rule. You can enter any Article, Chapter, or Section number. Examples(01:15, 01:15:01, 01:15:01:01, etc.). Use the Get All button to load and entire article or chapter.

          24:05:32:01.07.  Compliance. A private school official has the right to submit a complaint to the department that the school district did not engage in consultation that was meaningful and timely or did not give due consideration to the views of the private school official.


          If the private school official wishes to submit a complaint, the official shall provide to the department the basis of the noncompliance by the district with the applicable private school provisions in this chapter. The district shall forward the appropriate documentation regarding its consultation process to the department.


          If the private school official is dissatisfied with the decision of the department, the official may submit a complaint to the U. S. secretary of education by providing the information on noncompliance described in this section. The department shall forward the appropriate documentation regarding the state's decision on the complaint to the U.S. secretary of education.
